- This is our most ambitious custom build to date and a clear indicator of the improvement we have been able to get in design and then fabrication
- Blue thunder is over 8 ft long and has what is called S shaped frame with overlapping from ends and an double cradle formation below. The key thing about this custom is that it has been built to accommodate engines larger than 1300cc. All we await now is a client to bring us a registered legal imported engine and voila a full blow custom chopper with a powerful engine is ready

- The tank is actually a 3 D trapezoid with only the top surface being a curve- this is another experiment in design that you will see more of.
- The rear part of the custom is interesting with sharp flares and a floating seat.
- Extended rear swing arm to accommodate the length and widened to accommodate a 300mm 15 inch tyre !
- To drive this massive tyre , a dual drive system linking to an external drive chain is used.
- Front suspension has been raised and then extended to give the bike the easy stance of riding.
- To say the least it is an impressive sight to drive on Indian Roads.
