New half trapezoid chasis that is actually 1 foot shorter than original and also more inclined to accommodate the floating swing arm in rear and the long extended suspension.
Custom built steel reinforced swing arm with integrated disc brake and chain guide sprocket. Rear custom disk brake mated to a custom built spoked rim to accommodate 200mm tyre.
Adjustable Monoshock mounted to seat frame for a very smooth
Inspiration :This bike is made to respond to a challenge by a potential customer…The challenge was simple build a single side swing arm monoshock chopper using a tyre that is at least 200mm with disc brakes, Well the result of the challenge is the Golden Cruiser. Customisation undertaken :
A new integrated silencer assembly with air filter intake & dual exhaust ports and porting.
Wide handle bars for more control.
All suspensions used are custom built with the enhanced front triple joint assembly to the suspension including sleeving.
Front wheel is just 90mm on a 13inch custom alloy rim. Front suspension is over 4 feet long for the height of the motorcycle and to get the length.
If you are seeing looks of a motard mated to a chopper you are not mistaken as that was also the intent.
