Restoration of chasis - redone with new sections to replace all rusted parts..
New body paneling work to get the right sporty look.
Rear custom disk brake mated to a custom built spoked rim & a new front fork installed to accommodate front disc brake..
A new flat swing arm in the rear with increased length to get a wheelbase extension.
Custom made seat to allow for a pillion both main and pillion riding on springs for the old style retro look.
170mm rear tyre + 110mm front tyre both mounted on custom built spoke rims
A new dual integrated silencer assembly with air filter intake and dual exhaust boring in the cylinder head. Air filter is changed with to enhance air flow.
All suspensions used are custom built with the enhanced front triple joint assembly to the suspension.
The colour white is keeping in line with the Phoenix theme and hence there isn’t that much chrome done to this custom rebuild as it doesn’t contrast well.

Inspiration :This is the story of an old heirloom lying rusting in a garage in J&K being resurrected again to ride with glory on the roads. Given it was the grandson resurrecting the phoenix he of course wanted a sporty feel , sporty handling and a sporty racer look. So we went ack to history to look at café racers and borrowed some elements from there to give this white phoenix a very unique look. Customisation undertaken :
